The Darkened One
you said you'd never leave me, I should have known it was a lie. you said I was the one you saw in your dreams, but it was only to fund you, you said I was your all and your only, how could I have believed such a lie, now I'm cold and alone, sitting in the corner of this dark room, my thoughts barren, my emotions gone, a silent creature staring at me from the rooms center, "what are you?" I smile, "I am hate, the emotion of forever rage I am despise, the feeling created from jelousy and annoyance, I am anger the emotion that fuels thousands, and I am the end, the one who never survived" he laughed at this "do you fear me?" I closed my eyes for a second thinking did I feel fear? no,pity, pure and true pity was all I felt, "no, I do not, in fact..." I opened my eyes, "all I feel is pit, for your pain shall be eternal." I closed my eyes and listened as silence enveloped the room I reopened them slowly after listening for any movement, all I could now see was a slumped figure in the corner of the room, "as one chapter ends, a new must begin."
