Plead the Fifth
As he stood to his feet silently awaiting a response from the judge followed by a thump from the almighty gavel held by an individual with so many years of trials and double the experience holding the fate of so many lives any second thoughts, or too many thoughts, would only stretch his heart thin and make his judgement less reliable. Now here stands a truly innocent soul thrust down into a dark situation where there is no one but himself to blame says the pubic eye in full bias conversation with the federal and local law that places so many additional accusations on his person he cant see himself in the mirror without anger on his face while tears sprint off at the gun down his cheeks, only after being so mislead and a astray that the lies and stereotypes being placed over his head melted into his mind that there was truth behind it all. As the gavel began to lift time almost suddenly froze, the judge's eyes shut to show him the horrors and pain continually carried on this man's back of that crimes slight mishap that was meant for his life but ultimately took another's. Revived with the actual truth and vision of the offense he decided to let the man free to live his life, and anxiously waited for his own career to take the plunder into a point of no return. -poetic
