Heaven
~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ There is a place called Heaven, that I hope for everyday. I ask God to help me be a better person by following Christ's way. Somedays it doesn't come easy to find compassion in my heart. Or show forgiveness needed to a friend who has torn it apart. Jesus never said it would be easy to pick up my cross each day. Or remember to be thankful, and get on my knees to pray. He said to trust in His mercy, and to give it to others in need. Because of His Love and Sacrifice, of His words I take heed. For Christ is The Bread from Heaven, and we are who He comes to feed. Take part in His kindness and mercy, from all sins we are freed. The gates of heaven are open, the veil has been torn. No need to sit in sorrow, no need to weep and mourn. Christ has risen, Yes, it's true! Through Him, all things have been made new! There is a place called Heaven that I hope for everyday. ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ 5/1/11 ~ Divine Mercy Sunday
