Our culture revolves around being materialistic. Some of our past advances were great. But we are now playing with the balance of our fate. We have mapped our bodies and DNA. And anything you want money can surely bring. Our overall society was better before the Industrial Revolution. Some don't see it that way, but what we are doing, is not evolution.
