A Child's Prayer
Dear God why are mommy and daddy so mad. They're always fighting about money it makes me really sad. They have always taught me how a good little girl should pray. Please Dear God tell me that they haven't changed their ways. So Dear God I pray that you will help them remember. Especially now that it's the month of December. I'm hoping that the holiday will give them a reason. That money and gifts are not why there's a season. Family should be one of the most important things. Especially when the holidays are now in full swing. I hope they will think back on how they were raised. It's not the money and gifts but it's the Lord to be praised. So tonight when they sleep please give their spirits a lift. Having us all together and happy would be my greatest gift. I wish I could thank you in writing Lord with a paper and pen. I guess the only thing to do now is to just say Amen.
