It's Never Too Late
You wake up one morning and suddenly you’re past your prime You sit there and ask yourself, What happened to all the time? What have I accomplished? What contributions have I made? Have I made the world a better place before I finally fade? Did I do enough for others, or did I only do for me? Have I acted decent and moral before my soul goes free? I’m not sure I like the answers I hear myself refrain, And I know, much too late now, I can’t live my life again. Do I still have enough time left to set the record straight? Do I still have the courage to make the ending great? Can I make the contributions I know I should have made? Can I use these last few years to improve my final grade? Well, the only way to achieve that is to start my journey now, Forget about years wasted and do some good some how. If I can make the world a better place for even one or two Than I know I lived for a reason and didn’t just pass through.
