Irony-No I Say.
Isn’t it strange how I do feel about you? Yet you don’t feel the same way for me…I’m just a pawn in your three way chess game. Reaching for a love that I have to share from day to day… yet it always seems to be pushing me away. Out and in a revolving door of triangle love affair that never seems to end...around and around until my head starts to spend. Never knowing if…today is that day that you will choose to walk away with just him and not me. Yet like a prey item about to be pounced on I stay in this relationship which will someday be my demise, yet I stay here as if I was paralyzed. No…not an irony, just a foolish man caught up in a volatile love affair that should have never been, but yet the heart did yearn for, but the mind cries out... you fool… just walk away. The true irony of it is that both the heart and the mind share the same body, but yet they never seem to agree. One wants what it wants and the other always disagrees.
