Free-Verse Is My Curse....
Free-verse is my curse since the day I arrived on this universe. I set sentences ablaze and leave the reader to stargaze. See, poetry is a freedom of one's expression. Multiple words entertwined with nouns and verbs is my obsession. Why should my poetry be labled to a certain form? My work is far from luke warm. My expressions and visuals are hot like a firestorm. I take life's trials and tribulations mix 'em in a pot; Along with creativitiy and imagination sending you to Camelot. I write about the unusual and extremely bizarre, And I have no marbles left in my jar. A hidden jewel in metaphors opening closed doors. Slicing words with my scimitar, A fallen star causing war. From the pages of my writing pad, my words roar. My sanctuary is in the adjective in my vocabulary. My obituary will say "A poet so damn extraordinary." When I finally receive deaths blow, I want them to bury me in the cemetery next to Edgar Allen Poe!
