In a world where there is so much hate, We should make kindness a way to communicate. On every hand there is so much despair, Why is it so hard to show love and care? Knowing right and doing wrong, should not be the way, But sharing our love should be shown in what we do and say. It is our duty as children of the Lord above, To be compassionate and show our love. Don’t walk away, when you can lend a hand, Most of all, for God we must take our stand. The old and young, any color or creed, It should be our business to do a good deed. Embrace with a hug, or say something nice, Being kind shouldn’t be hard – or made a sacrifice. Your kindness could make someone’s day, Just by the kindness you’ve shown in something you say. I truly feel we should replace all the wrong and hate, And make kindness a way to communicate. You’ll be blessed by doing something good, By doing what God said we should.
