My Freind
I prayed for you today, Because I know you’ve needed the words I prayed. I just want you to know that your in my heart, And prayers and love for you I’ve made a start. I know that God will bless you, And I know He will keep His words true. Because I know you have had a little bump along the way, That’s why I have prayed for you today. If you ever need me, just give me a call, And I’ll do my best to help my friend best of all. You and I have known each other for awhile, And I want you to know I miss your smile. We all have our days, when it seems all goes wrong, But no matter how hard they seem – God sends a song. The flowers we give, and the encouragement, and love – Are all made possible by God above. When it seems your about to shed a tear, Don’t be afraid – God is always near. I know it seems you’ve had a little bump along the way. Just remember – I said a prayer for you today.
