Worry is the most useless of all the emotions, yet it's the one that so many of us so often embrace. I literally never worry anymore about anything. It's a fantastic feeling so very spiritually uplifting. This isn't my opinion or some cock eyed song that I sing. This is Scientific Fact and Research to you that I bring with the Hope that you will one day come to realize and see that there's absolutely no room in your life to share with Worry. Do you know what we all worry about? Did you ever really think about it? We Worry About Only One Thing. We Worry About What Hasn't Happened Yet! Scientific Research has Proven to us again and again, 90% of the things that we worry about Never Ever Happen! The 10% remaining? Well those "worries" are going to happen, but there isn't any need for you to feel at all sad. We deal with these "worries" and then we move on. More times than none, It Isn't So Bad. But screw science. Do some soul searching my friend. Do you remember all those worries you had that went on to no end? All those worries that you worried about again and again. All that time and energy of yours that you didn't have to spend uselessly worrying about your worries again and again. How many of those "worries" did actually happen? If you're brutally honest with yourself, you will then be able to open up your eyes and see that much of the worries that you spent so much time and energy worrying about never ever came to be. And what about those "worries" that did come to be? The "worries" whereupon those horrible predicted events did come to arrive. Well, take a look at yourself. Are you really all that bad off? You're reading this now so I guess you survived.
