Enter Poem or Quote (Required)Required I had to capture the spirit of Zen to get me across the bend All the doors were closed so, I had to go gallivanting on the shore The place was extremely dark so, I had to make my way towards the pinnacle of the cross, it was blazing on the hill and one look at it made my spirit still. It was just me alone walking on the shore, The waves were still, and for the first-time I could hear my spirit sing I didn’t have a number or a score, and there was No one to knock at my heart’s door It was just me and the sea wishing to be. I evolve out of myself, and my heart began to swell And suddenly I feel myself walking into a new realm It wasn’t the clothes that I was wearing or the stories that I was sharing that cause my hear to fear It was the part of me that I couldn’t see, that cause the fear to grow inside me, and it has come back to haunt thee. And when the spirit of Zen reveals itself the universe surrenders to its will and everything is still. I sat on the chair on the shore and empty everything inside me for I wanted to be free to confront my destiny. I focus on nothing in order to get something I sat still looking at the universe around me dragging and pulling everything and everyone with it and for one moment I felt myself totally detached from reality I was there, but I wasn't there So, I had to breathe and be still to calm the mind and body. You see, you have to go deeper to find the thread That is pulling at your head The connection is deep down inside you And you can find it if you search long and hard for it The spirit of Zen is around you and it will transform you Come and climb the mountain with me And let’s sit on the hill that surrounds the sea Just go a little deeper and you will be happier You can find the truth and unravel the mystery Of your youth if you sit still and calm and peace will beckon to your will stretch your hands way up high and ditch every falsehood and every lies and find the truth in the skies. live in the now and let it work for you that is the truth that is transpiring around you gather new understanding of the world around you know your ins and outs and you will never have to shout.
