Something More
Something more I wonder sometime if there’s more than this Is there something set for me Will I be powerful? Will I save? I have so many questions and none have been answered As I ask and plead more to know I am left with an empty face They seam to not know or can’t tell me anything So I ask my mom is there someone who knows? She gives me a Bible and tells me its time With wonder and with confusion in my mind We sit down and she explains the everlasting life I start to pray all night. Receiving my answer by the lord him self I cry to my mother as she tells me it’s alright. I feel so loved and wanted now There is nothing like this feeling No man or woman, No love in the air that can fill me up The person I will go to now is the lord god all mighty He set me free and made me who I am BY: Marissa Stoops
