Just Like the Birds
I sit in this room The room in which I live. I sit here and wonder. Why I even live. My room is a mess. That's how I feel inside. I'm so lost now. I only want to hide. I look out the window. There's not much else to do. I see a bird that's raven black And then I think of you. The bird flies away. I doubt he'll be back. You're just like that bird. You're never coming back. This room is where I hate. It's where I feel my pain. It's where I hate myself And wonder if I'm sane. I look out the window. I see a bird again. A bird that's raven black. Here I go again. Just like those birds There'll be many guys. Each one is different. Aside from all there lies. And just like the birds. I'll see them for a while. But then they fly away Forever from my eyes. ©2009 ~FR34K0N4L345H33
