Beads rest gently on chests, like whispers from our ancestors, Red as crimson, proud as lineage, sharing stories & histories,8 Tales and folklore that are older than language itself. Our attire sparks fire that inspire writings etched on the shelf, Fabric dances without moving — patterns clash yet harmonize, Without disparities & comparison, in culture we familiarise.¹² Culture is as voices in a song that no one taught us, But somehow, we all know it just like stories of tortoise.¹4 Here stands pride, not loud but deeply rooted hereafter, A tilt of the head, a steady gaze, and a softness in laughter, It carries the weight of ancestors & generations.
