Confused
Should I head west to the piano, And hear its beautiful music notes? Should I turn right towards east, Where I could find food to eat? Should I satisfy my hunger or my feelings? Take care of my body or my mind? Should I choose to hear your words, Which none of them were true at all. Or judge by your personalities and characters? By your actions and behaviours. That was how confused I was, Every time we were together. Any way, there was nothing more to say, Just wishing you a happy birthday, On this Sunday, 2026 March the 8th. Wherever you were and whatever you did. Did you know what I missed most, Your beautiful promises which you never delivered, Your blue eyes and the way you gently troke your beards. PS. One more message. Remember your book, With its beautiful front cover, I looked and looked. To protect your precious book, I made a tote bag just to fit it, Matched the color of the cover. I read it so many times, pages after pages. I only wanted to return it to its owner, The author who wrote his life story. And gave it to me on his last birthday. Tell me, how I could return it to you JC.
