The pain, the hurt and the anger you see, as our spirit cries out, the souls misery. The master of deception, plays in the darkness, you know, where you spend your time, your words will surely show. To battle that darkness, is courage at its best, to fight to the end, putting your faith to the test. To endure those things we face, they must be handled, by salvations Grace. For to overcome, we must be standing you see, it’s all a part, of who we are dying to be. For something new to live, something old must die, as in our own darkness, we all sit down to cry. To make a change, to feel brand new you see, how the darkness, comes in to play, for you and me. Everything in life, has it’s own place, I found mine, in His loving grace The time’s in that darkness, we’re surrounded by light, to give us strength and courage, to help us win this fight. When the battle is over, the dust settles to the ground, you find yourself, standing, on Holy Ground.
