With a base that remained barely popular, While most disapproved by division and hate. The voice they found, twice, became a president, Though he likely saw himself as a king. As he angrily shook institutional foundations, Silencing critics, or anything else that would sting. Most of us, looking back will often wonder, As to how this came to be our current state. Since there were plenty of warning signs posted, So I guess we can only blame ourselves of this fate. This has resulted in one man gaining power, More than any other has ever known in the past. While also reducing many controls to balance, So this consolidation would extend and Everlast. Now we are witnessing more and more of this chaos, As Trump and the MAGA minions continue the unrest. Where they attack in so many different directions, Both saints and sinners are worried of this quest. Yet during all of this carnage and damage, We see our voices muted, and opinions unheard. To the point where we have now witnessed, a President, when questioned, just casually flipping the bird. In summary, it's impossible to list all of the instances, When the MAGAteers have fallen from grace. One can only hope that the people open their eyes, To vote their conscience, and elect new leaders to replace.
