They do not stop or pause and hear the music in the breeze, the music of the birds. There is also lovely music on the radio, on the computer, on the phone. But they do not find the time to listen. Everyone is too busy going nowhere. They do not even have time for themselves, nor for their friends or loves ones. They do no have times to smell the flowers. To Appreciate Nature. To take a walk. They swallow down their food in a big rush, and do not digest it properly. There is little or no time for heart to heart conversations anymore. There is not even enough time for rest, nor a proper sleep. I normally say everyone is rushing to the grave. And Do You know what makes the day really beautiful. When you are thankful for what you have, whatever you were blessed with. Having a Satisfied and Thankful/Grateful Mind. Be Appreciative of what we have. Many others do not have tis much. When you have peace, peacefulness and do not foret The Music. Go and play and listen to your favorite song for just a while. Take a few minutes out of the day to do this. Help someone if possible. Try to do at least one good deed per day. This is very rewarding and satisfying. And there is always a Karmic reward awaiting.
