While the wonderfully made sparrow sings his melody, The deer eat the bright green wavy grass with peacefulness. The sun shines just right as the light beam reflects off the mirror-like pond. Now, the leaves begin to whisper their golden goodbye, Amber and crimson drift slowly from the sky. The sparrow’s tune softens with the cooling breeze, And the pond reflects trees dressed in fiery leaves. Pumpkins nestle near vines curled and brown, While acorns tumble gently to the ground. The air turns crisp, the light fades low— Fall wraps the world in a gentle glow. And under the old autumn tree I stay, Letting the season's whispers drift my thoughts away. Autumn's Midnight Breeze I sit beneath the Old Autumn tree With a hot pumpkin cream latte tea. While pumpkin pie bakes in the old brick oven, I gaze at the stars and the quiet heavens. Fiery leaves fall from the Old Autumn tree, As the Old Autumn tree whispers to me. The wind hums softly through rustling leaves, And the scent of pumpkin pie drifts with ease. Cinnamon rolls rise, warm and sweet, More pumpkin cream latte brews with heat. The air grows crisp, the moon hangs low, I dress in a cozy wool sweater’s glow. Wrapped in the hush of midnight’s flow, I let the peace of autumn go.
