Well, I wanna see everything, Every corner of the world I live in, I wanna see the Westminster Abbey in London, I wanna see the Campidoglio in Rome, I wanna see the Cathedral Cove in New Zealand, I wanna see it all. But I can’t look the other way, at the world, I won’t resist, Not when you do exist, Not when I can look at you, instead. In you’re presence, Even the wonders of the world fade to nothing, So I’d still look at you, And only at you. You may leave, You may go to the other side of the world, Even the other side of the universe, if you believe, So I can get my sight that I deserved. But I won’t, I will just search blindly, For you, Until you are back before my eyes, Until you’re gaze binds me, To you. I wanna see the world, And sometimes I wonder, What is the world? Is it a place, Or is it someone you love? ‘Cause every time I say I wanna see the world, My head turns back to you, So maybe you are the world, Or maybe just my greatest doom.
