I speak, but no one hears, just whispers lost in a clamor of indifference, I smile, cry, unravel, but my presence is like a shadow passing unseen among strangers, Like empty chairs in crowded rooms, I am there but never seen, never known, A light slowly dimming, a nameless face, always feeling lost and alone. I could cry out to the sky, but not even the stars would stir, silent and distant, I am just a name they won’t remember, a thought too fleeting to be kept in mind, So if I leave, there will be no surprise, for you never truly saw me, I lived like smoke in the wind, too easily dispersed, too faint ever to be heard. Like a song lost in the echo of time, I am too soft to be held, too small to be heard, I find peace in this absence, an invisible presence in a world that doesn’t stop, And even if I disappear on a silent night, I will remain a dream floating among stars, A murmur of the wind telling stories that no one will ever know.
