I remember the PLACE, coming upon a hill on a famous California highway as the sunlight began to light up my day. So fitting also was a SONG to go right along with the mood and the workday morning. September Morning was the song. That morning, that beautiful song, belonged to me. Yes, that treasured moment was a gift from God, never forgotten. September is my birth month, and I love it in describable ways; Ways for example, that I believe resemble myself. A BRIDGE between the troubled waters of Summer and the freezing icy days of Winter. I'd like to think that my life has been and is a bridge enabling a few others to get across the obstacle courses of life. Like September, not only am I a bridge but also a COOL BREEZE; one to cool a few heated humans who otherwise would not cope. Like September, I also am one who anticipates a soon-to-be-realized HARVEST time and prepares to GATHER treasured fruits from the hard labors of Spring and Summer. All of God's creatures have been placed here for a purpose. My prayer shall gladly be, "O Lord, may you always allow me to be someone's BRIDGE, someone's BREEZE, a HARVESTER of the fruits of life, and a GATHERER of the good.
