Rising Phoenix
Sometimes, in life's journey, We must face the darkness within the ashes of our pace, It's in these moments, we're forced to decide, To rise again, stronger, or to step aside. You see, sometimes you just have to die a little inside, In order to be reborn, to rise again with pride. It's a transformation, a metamorphosis of the soul, Where we shed our old skin, and our true self makes us whole. Life might throw every challenge, every test of will, Disappointments and heartaches, that seek to make us stand still, But we must face them head-on, with courage as our guide, With determination and consistency, we'll reach the other side. So we set the stage for our victory, with every step we take, With every fall, we rise again, our spirit unbroken, our hearts unshaken, We ask ourselves, "Why have I come this far, only to give up the quest?" "Why have I climbed so hard, only to surrender to unrest?" But then we remember, our crumbling and stumbling are not our demise. We are the sons and daughters of the cosmos, rulers of the skies, Born when the nebulae collapse, we are celestial and bright, Our birth is not in mortality, but in the fire of the night. So we rise again, like the Phoenix, from the ashes of our past, We spread our wings, and we soar, our spirits forever meant to last, We are the masters of our fate, the captains of our soul, We are the Phoenix, rising high, our hearts forever made of gold.
