Bones so bare, now rise up there, with skin and muscle forming There’s bound to be some lunatics who’ll say it’s global warming But Adam Adams watches monsters forming on the beach And even he debates an option… which God to beseech? Policemen screech through tannoys telling folk to stay well clear Their voices reach a pitch which tells the crowd they share their fear And as the first Tyrannosaurus rex stands tall and proud Its eyes flick to and fro to choose a victim from the crowd Everywhere upon the sands more dinosaurs arise And each just stands there waiting with those strange expectant eyes Perchance they see a meal in every person on this beach It’s clear they’ve hunted humans - which our text books do not teach But now… there is a fizzing from a rumbling sea that’s hissing Notwithstanding dinosaurs, what is it that I’m missing Waves that crashed upon the beach now crash too far from shore And Adam Adams cries out, “This has all happened before!” Where the waves are breaking in a sea now madly quaking Adam Adams teeters as the beach has started shaking “I see it now,” he shouted, “Evolution isn’t real,” He indicates the sea where there’s a giant disc of… steel? [Thats no exaggeration; let me help you realise that when I call it giant, I don’t mean it’s quite a size I mean that if it stood on legs held in a landing stance At least one would stand on this beach… and at least one in France] Continued in Part Two
