In the deep silence of the night, every whisper about her was an act of betrayal
In the deep silence of the night, every whisper about her was an act of betrayal, A knife hidden beneath the tongue, and to know her was the ultimate sin, A slip into the abysses of guilt, a dance with shadows. And yet, they clung to her legend like a corner of old ink, Sculpting her face in every disaster, as a banner of despair. When flames rose, devouring the night sky with tongues of fire, They said her eyes had ignited them, that her gaze burned like a hidden sun, When their ships sank, swallowed by merciless waves, They swore her breath was the wind, a deadly and relentless gust. But she, just a mere mortal, with nothing but her own heart to give, Watched as they painted her as a monster, a demon woven from their fears, Each fear and each failure wearing a mask that wasn't hers. She, a solitary soul caught in the narrative web of a cruel world, Became the symbol of a tragedy that was not hers, a heavy burden. In the flow of her consciousness, a river of thoughts ran endlessly, Like a story told by the wind that embraces the trees melancholically. She knew she could never wash her name of the curse received, But in the depths of her soul, the light of a pure desire shone, Born of love and hope, a small unexplored universe, In which she found herself, far from the judgments of an uncomprehending world.
