Some men they hold those thoughts inside. Whilst contemplating suicide. Leaving families dealing with pain and loss. A mans life is lost and at what cost? Let us open up too much debate. If it saves a life, then it's not too late. In solace, let's find the power of speech. Make sure your words aren't out of reach. We need to encourage these men to speak. Instead of holding thoughts, discreet. Encourage men to come out of that shell. To encourage them to talk as well. Life can be filled with much frustration. It's pressure's, trial and tribulation.
