Enter Poem or Quote (Required)Required GLORIFIED STREET NUISANCE Fumbling fingers falter, failing to fasten firmly. Fine fabric falls, flapping feebly for all to see. Trousers tumble, torn from their trusty tether. Tumbling to the thighs, they tangledly twirl together.4 In streets where mischief reigns supreme, A nuisance brews, a sight unseemly extreme. Young rascals roam, with trousers low, Exposing more than they ought to show.8 With swag, they claim, they strut and preen, But sagging pants reveal a lack of sheen.¹° Like prisoners' garb, a style they embrace, Yet decency & sense, they discard with grace. Their antics annoy, their behavior bold, Disrespectful and rude, their actions unfold.¹4 With each step, they sink in moral decay, Their future dim, in a world that's gone astray.¹6 Wish for a change, a shift in their stride, To dress with dignity, and let swag subside.
