Hard To See
The beauty of life is hard to see Radiating light like a shimmering sea You may not see but you can feel And deep down you know it's real To wake up to the kiss of the sun is a blessing Even if everything seems so very stressing I've been looking for the roadmap to hope Writing songs to feel like I can cope But every once and awhile I have to remind myself to smile Darkness will try to keep you under And pain may even rip you asunder As long as you get back up you're strong And prove it's not correct you don't belong And as you march be sure to provide a lifting hand To help the weak find their strength to stand And maybe the beauty of life isn't so hard to see Hand in hand we can radiate light like the shimmering sea So while you can see it's truly what you feel Surrounded by beaming faces we know it's real
