never enough
for when a friend leaves and you’re finding it tough because forever would not have been enough I wanted to stay I know you needed me despite the love we shared it was not to be but all those memories we made will prevail my slobbery kisses pounding of my tail our fun walks together when it was just you and me always liked showing me off for everyone to see being with you, always the best time for me if we were in the car or playing ball or lazing watching TV I guess we always knew that my time here was so short and that extra time together just could not be bought but I’ll always be there right there in your heart because ours was a team that no one could part if you miss me some time when you’re alone in the dark I'll be there with you and you might even hear me bark
