I Can't Believe You're That Naive
I can't believe you're that naive to really think the rule of law has always been civil. Read a bit of history and you will see those with political agendas disregard the rules and regulations. For them the rule of law just does not matter. The rule of law is always civil? Ask Snowden and Assange. Ask Tara Reede who had to flee this country because she accused the current president of something worse than sexual harassment! Talk with those who suffered through racial inequality and Native Americans consigned to live inside those reservations. Talk with the Irish and Chinese, and every ethnic minority. Greedy men in power don't hesitate to break the law and are seldom caught, in fact are praised by those who benefit from that blood money! Listen to the warning. It's decades old: "Beware the military/industrial complex," and those in search of ultimate political power. I'm sorry, friend. Your mind is cursed because the incivility of law is only getting worse!
