Something Special
Written By: D. Collins 3/2/24 Every person should know they did something in life. Produced something special and nourished it right. Taught them good from bad and the right outcome. And, to give from the heart until there is none. I'm leaving something very special upon this earth. A strong, black woman I aided in giving birth. There is nothing 'mo betta' than people like you. To step up like Granny and run the crew. There is something very special I see in you. It ain't over 'til its over and the job is thru. You're something special who'll later pass the baton. Now it's your responsibility to carry it on. I gave something good to this world I'm accredited to. Something very special dressed in the form of you. I've been blessed with God's gift to the world. The next coming of Granny in my Li'L Girl.
