My children have chosen not to visit me or call me. They have left me in this tomb of yesteryear. Hoping for the day they once again appear. I had a stroke. That's no joke. It left me dependant on others for care. All this is for me a giant scare. In my room, memories surrounding me of days long past. Awaiting when kids do call or visit at last. until then I am in the room. That feels like a tomb. In This tomb of memories I cry. I will be here alone and forgotten by my children until I die.
