Esperance
Pick a Title – Esperance 8-17-23 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Esperance Like the whisper of a dream Along the backroads of desire Unfazed and unaffected by the face of facts Borning assurance murmurs In harmony with the Morning Star’s vision Wispy reveries of intentional surety And random wishes gather in focus, Like mismatched puzzle pieces On a parchment treasure map Of uncanny knowing. Misty channels come clear, On the other side of starlight, As belief takes flesh In amity When brooding doubt sheds dark cloaks, As the distance between yearning And reality closes Outside time and data veracity. Remnants of cloud debris scatter In the fragrance of alluring grace, And secret hush of unmasked insights, Outside ticking cloaks and algorithms Stars come together, In constellations of trust, To bless close-held second sight Exiling vagaries into oblivion’s abyss In the laughter of divine serendipity
