And that devastating pain that is screaming in your soul reminds you of how much they meant to you... There is no escaping that sense of loss... And in reality you may go on living as best you can but you will never be the same... On a molecular level, something shifts in us when we deal with a loss of that magnitude... It is important to remember that our loved ones would want us to thrive, not just survive, this trauma... Your loved one will always be with you in spirit and memories, and you will hopefully find comfort in that, always... Embrace your pain, face your loss, work through your feelings... For you cannot go around it... You have to go through it... And your pain will soften and surrender to love in its deepest essence within your soul... In time... In truth... In hope... With faith...
