On our bodies, hearts, minds and souls - It can be difficult to Find peace and inner Wholeness. Be gentle with yourself. Come rest here for a while. Let's focus on the positive things That make us feel alive... The sunrise every morning; A bright start to the day; The moon that heralds the evening, And the completion of another day. The giggles of the children, Playing outside joyfully; The laughter of the grownups, Enjoying time with friends happily. The beauty that is nature; Life blessed on God's green earth; The beauty of the lessons, That from each other we can learn. Be gentle with yourself. We're all in this together.
