Coz What It Could Be Is Better Than What Is
Ending without an end leaves a space for a perfect ending, My love becomes eternal and our desire never dies… The unfinished story could be anything, A beautiful imagination or an uncovered mystery. It leaves us wanting, It keeps our imagination alive. It leaves us empty, But I do not want to trade it for an ending you have already defined An ending where you promise me a half lived story An ending that will surely leave me depleted And I choose never starting, Although wondering if the chosen path will keep me complete or the only option I have either way is still depletion… You said we were a parallel universe, I am just too tired to build a bridge. And doubt if there’s enough passion for the bridge between the two come near completion My feet are frozen and mind in dilemma, Yet again, I choose to turn my back on love because its ending scares me away. Let’s just say “If it is meant to be, it will be and probably forever it will stay Unable to bridge, here I tie the two universes forever with a rope of hope And I seal our love in these words and give it some life of its own The love that never started coz the promise was to one day disown…
