" Been Here Before "
My father to me when i was young What you tell me must have been fun It was more than that I was actually there My first see A Plesiosaur Swimming in pods A family of three New to my world Fancy free I slept for a while Nature asked me back A negro man From the Nile track Herding camels to freight the blocks The tomb of Ra Blocks en-locked Future builders shocked Fishing on Unst, in the distance i view Longboats, Vikings - marauders of new Norway from, Shetlands they land Rape, pillage - i don't understand Eyes closed, for another day Centuries of slumber, stirred again What awaits me as i live today Happenings, wait I'll say Guns shooting, from over the hill Buffalo, my animals spill White man taken down To the Indian invisible sound Arrows fired from the horse Like axe in the Shetlands, by the Norse Deep sleep falling I must be dying Being eternal So so tiring Beep, Beep, - Beep, Beep Alarm clock's going I'm up again, in a different life Married, 4 kids and a wife But for tomorrow I can not say Where I'll be, it's another day But my memories are from the past So many places, so many asks As i grow to love this world i adore I,m so lucky I have " Been here before "
