Out on the fell with spongy moss, Wainwright in hand as the paths criss-cross. Along the beck in a tree lined walk, watching the antics of a hovering hawk. Deer grazing 'neath woodland trees, Cartmel to Keswick,just the place to take one's ease lunch-time picnics on grassy banks, vacations now recalled with thanks.
