Beneath the surface of frail discernment, the mortal being transitorily builds fleeting images on the indestructible screen of awareness, that persists unchanged to portray new perception. When my errant mind wanders in the realm of free will, unbound from the roots of the designed soul, the dislodging thrust of the vicious sensitivity unleashes the base instincts of destruction. Deflected from the course of the divine compass, I am struck by the surge of the spiteful storm, that breaks me into the debris of destiny, dispersed on the layer of consciousness. I then understand the true purpose of existence, as on the lighted pathway of devout life I take the inward journey to the sacred spiritual sanctum, trying to reach the ultimate destination of nirvana. Across the multi-layered receptive mind, I perceive the soul at the inner meditative depth, where the lighted screen of awareness is the eternal truth, enduringly reflecting the splendor of the divine glow. ____________ May 18, 2023 Contest : Screen Of Awareness Sponsored by : Unseeking Seeker
