Timmy Had a Long Fat Snake-Edited For a Typo
(Parody of "Mary Had a Little Lamb") Timmy had a long fat snake, long fat snake, long fat snake. Timmy had a long fat snake; its skin was green and slick. He showed it to the little girls, little girls, little girls. He showed it to the little girls, and most of them got sick. He let is slither down his arm, down his arm, down his arm. He let it slither down his arm and down his torso too. And even fellows got a shock, got a shock, got a shock and even fellows got a shock to see what it would do. Tim asked his friends to hold the snake, hold the snake, hold the snake. Tim asked his friends to hold the snake, but no one would comply. We fear that it will squeeze us tight, squeeze us tight, squeeze us tight. We fear that it will squeeze us tight – was his friends’ reply. That’s how my snake shows love, you know, love you know, love you know. That’s how my snake shows love, you know. Tim told the children that. That kind of love we’ll do without, do without, do without. That kind of love we’ll do without – we much prefer a cat! May 15, 2023 for Miranda Hawley's Mother Goose Grows Up Poetry Contest
