In days of youth I’d bonny brown haiir Now it’s a silvery crown I wear In mind is the youth I used to be In the mirror it’s not me surely. Foolish maybe, but the youth of old Inspires my muse through the pen I hold For when I’m penning my poetry Youth’s my light of creativity.
