I look around, and see them all, Living their lives, with no fear at all, They dance, they sing, they laugh and they play, But I'm stuck here, with nothing to say. I feel like a prisoner, trapped in my mind, The weight of my fears, so hard to unwind, And as I watch them, living with ease, I wonder if I'll ever be free like these. But then I remember, that I'm not alone, Others feel this way, and have found their own, A way to break free, from the chains that bind, And to live their lives, with a free and open mind. So I take a deep breath, and step out of my shell, Ready to break free, from this living hell, For I refuse to be trapped, in this cage of fear, And I'll live my life, with no judgment near. For I am me, and that's all that matters, No one else can define, or make me scatter, I'll dance, I'll sing, and I'll laugh and play, And I'll live my life, in my own unique way.
