You named me: 'nature lover', 'true child of nature, Did you know, yet, I was my own legislature? When adolescence, from my childhood, was leaving, You found my physique and psyche slowly cleaving...! ===== === 'Cast', you said, 'color'; and, thus, slowly isolated, In the name of sect and creed, humans you hated; When I took the name of the poor, you spat at me, Don't you know to wash, myself, I have a vast sea...?
