You run a game app on your phone and place it on the board, and you use your elbows and arms to move left or right, up or down, by twisting/tilting the board, and as a result, the phone. The phone detects the movement and changes what's on the screen, moves the cursor, or the ball, or the scene. It is really quite clever! It is also devilishly difficult if you're not accustomed to ab workouts.
