Everytime a Line I Begin To Write I Also Hear a A Sigh
Everytime I begin to start to write A single line I so too also hear A deep intake of breath sigh and sneer Which fills me full of dread and fear As I also in tern then see your eyes roll And you begin to lear at me With derision and dissatisfaction in equal measure of displeasure As nothing will i ever do will be met without a howl or scowl For if 1 single mistake I make You will surely point it out in infinite great detail So I am unable to live it down lest it forget So why I even bother writing anything after all Is quite a mystery to even me unless i do it for the sole purpose of being critiqued and criticized Especially just for the amusement of you and you alone Or in the eternal hope that just maybe that my day in the sun cometh I may be granted the final most endearing laugh of the ages I am actually enabled to write with such an abandoned freedom I am fearful of not looking over my shoulder or having to place my hands over my ears And God willing if it was to even be or nominated or win some kind of award Oh boy then have to face the indignity of beginning to turn my attention to Penning a somehow carefully crafted apologetic non controversial acceptance speech That doesn't upset or offend anyone or evey single living human being Who didn't actually but most of all never wanted me to So best say nothing or write anything at all then hey
