Enter Poem or Quote (Required)Required Like no other creation By Michelle Morris 23/01/2023 I trembled as I stood At the edge of the abyss Like a butterfly in a hurricane I was so small against the void The fears tried to crush me Your lies tried to get the upper hand But my dignity and my pride would not go Silently into that black night As the darkness swirled around me The ravens and the dust All caught up together Spiritual growth and tokens to guide And lo and behold My Guardian Angel did appear He counselled me with kindness Lent me his grace and merciful ears He reminded me of my power My soul so light and beautiful It was time to let go of the burdens I'd carried for everyone else And with faith and a lighter heart I stepped forward into that abyss I flew free and oh, so high Up, up, up unto Heaven's embrace For we mere mortals are eternal Our souls live on forever We need to embrace our power Our freedom and divinity No one can hold us down No one is greater or more Each soul has their own path And we each need to live and grow No more trembling or fears No feeling small in the world The Universe made us unique Like no other creation ever seen See the doves of peace before you See your Angels all around God and His Universe know you And They are all delightfully proud © Michelle Morris, 2023
