Unicorns
From storied myths, unicorns surface, though hard to see for they're shy. As dusk pauses and stars show purpose, they visit dreams in slumber's soft sigh, yet, sometimes seen in blink of an eye. Unicorns play in fields of clover-- planting four-leafs, and moreover, they gather stars that fell in night, for snug replacing naughty rovers. (A missing star may spoil the starlight.) If, by some quite rare happenstance, one should appear to a lonely child, catching unicorn in her shy glance as it munched clover, near flowers wild seeing unicorn, little one smiled. Unicorns fit best in childhood dreams. They dwell with faeries and elves, it seems. Along with magic only children see-- friendly dragons, or flights with moonbeams, ...not impossible for you and me.
