Something To Pass the Time
Have your wounds begun to pachyntic? I can hardly feel mine anymore, bathe in my sin let me wash you with my skin, shall I dedicate my breath to thee? Your tattoo sleeve glicening in this heat, don't you realize? These mountains; they speak to me my body lays between them, water gushing below my feet I planted those lillies for you, I'm plagued with a fever the one you're familiar with, I see your name written in ink; I delenda the words, but in my mind they're on repeat cantilatting to a forever song catch a glimpse of my heart; my lungs too, are inaling you, you make me feel panurgic your hand will never be free; from holding mine, that's how the universe planned it and that's how it will be, I'm lost within you, don't ever let me be found ignore the missing reports just let me read you sweet poetry, something to pass the time something to help us sleep.
