Heroes and Villains
I’ve listened to stories of every kind, Of heroes and villains, of friends left behind. I’ve read all the books and watched all the shows, Where the heroes are good, and the villains oppose. But what if the hero isn’t always good? What if the villain is just misunderstood? The stories are told by the people that won. What if they just want the losers undone? The winner always tells the tale of the fight, But this doesn’t mean that the facts are all right. The loser is given a bad reputation because we aren’t told the whole situation. I’ve always pitied those deemed the “bad guy”. Some are just victims whose patience's run dry. Others are just trying to protect those they love. Does this mean we should put everyone else above? If we could only see the entire story, It might not be the winner that goes down in glory. So before you judge a villain like the cover of a book, You should try to dig deeper and get a closer look.
